Sales Services

We provide companies with full service professional sales representation to many national retailers. Our fee is based on successful placement of products and is a percentage of sales. Our services include:

• Initial consulting including recommended program strategy by account, key presentation elements, product and packaging assessment and recommendations, and presentation coordination
• Business plan submission and tracking after strategy is agreed
• Initial sales presentation execution (with graphics/collateral services on a fee basis)
• Initial meeting with key decision maker set up (provided chain is willing)
• In-person pitch
• Navigation of vendor setup including Vendor Agreement setup and forms execution
• Sales execution and program placement start to finish
• Plan-o-gram / endcap setup on site
• Plan-o-gram administration including assortment planning and forecasting assistance
• Item (sku) and Vendor ongoing maintenance. Monthly reporting and analysis of program
• Promotional program maintenance and management
• Replenishable program maintenance and management
• New product and market intelligence
• General account and program administration and management
